What you are paying for
A one-time licence for the Braid Sync extension covering up to five browser accounts and every future update. There is no per-device charge: a profile that exists on your laptop and your desktop is one account.
Trial, refund and cancellation
- Seven days free, all features, no card.
- Full refund within seven days of purchase via refunds@braidsync.com.
- Nothing to cancel afterwards — there is no recurring charge on the individual licence.
- Team licences are month-to-month and can be stopped at the end of a month.

Is Braid Sync a subscription?
No. Individuals pay $20 once for up to five accounts, including future updates. Only teams that need more than five accounts move to month-to-month pricing.
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. The seven-day trial is full-featured and requires no payment details.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Request a full refund within seven days of purchase by emailing refunds@braidsync.com.
What counts as an account?
Each browser profile signed into Braid Sync counts as one account, regardless of how many machines that profile appears on.
